Post-incident updates in Frankfurt, Germany

We would like to inform you that all services are restored, but not stable. Interruptions may occur and we cannot guarantee immaculate performance.
Storage malfunction was caused by a software bug. We are working with Red Hat to prepare a full audit of our current setup and hardware. The second step will be to eliminate existing flaws and set up precautions.
We will provide everyone with in-depth post-incident report containing all the aspects of this malfunction.
Our communication channels will continue to be improved, and all support systems will be moved to a self-reliant infrastructure to ensure high-availability all the time.
We will continue to update all customers on the matter. Please note that there still is a high load of tickets, thus response time is lower. However, both of our support teams are working 24/7 to answer all questions and inquiries.
At the wake of the recent events we are very grateful that you put your trust in us. We truly care for our clients, even though recent events have shown otherwise.
