Blank page at my Client Area

If you see a blank page at your Client Area, please clear your browser's cache and restart your browser, or, use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

Our developers often update the Client Area to implement security updates and new functionalities, thus old information may be cached in your browser.

Clearing browser's cache will refresh the page and resolve the problem, but if you encounter any other issues then please submit a ticket to our Support Department with the page URL and screenshots.
