I can't restore my server from a backup at Client Area

If you are unable to restore your server from a backup which has been made at your Client Area , this indicates that the backup was not created successfully or there is an error processing restoration task.

In this case, you can submit a new ticket to Support Department in order to investigate if it is possible to restore the backup and why the task is failing. If you get any error at Client Area, please copy it and provide us when submitting a ticket.

However, if the backup does not hold any valuable data, you can delete the failed backup and create a new backup instead.
