My server backup process at Client Area was not successful

Server backup procedure might fail if it is interrupted, or, server's management is locked due to another task or failure. In this case, delete the failed backup and try to backup your server again. If you are unable to delete the failed backup or the new backup fails again, please submit a new ticket to our Support Department in order to investigate the problem further. If you get any error at Client Area, please copy it and provide us when submitting a ticket.
