Our Billing Department is always ready to help you resolve any payment related problems.
If you decided to cancel your service and wish to retrieve your payment, please submit a ticket requesting for a refund to our Billing Department.

However, if you already created a Dispute or Chargeback, your services will be suspended until the Payment reversal is resolved.
Disputes or Chargebacks are not considered an acceptable form of refunding and will be processed according to our Terms of Service.
