How to request for a refund?

Take the following steps in order to request for a refund:

  1. Find out if you are eligible for the refund in our article - "Can I request for a refund?"
  2. Log into your Host1Plus account and navigate to the service, for which you wish to receive the refund.
  3. Locate and click the "Request Cancellation" button in the "Billing" tab.
  4. Choose the "Immediate" cancellation option and submit the cancellation request.
  5. Then, open a new ticket in our Billing Department, informing us how do you wish to receive the refund: the original payment method (if possible) or as Credits in your Host1Plus account.
