How to request for a refund?

Take the following steps in order to request for a refund:

STEP 1. Find out if you are eligible for the refund in our article - "Can I request for a refund?"

STEP 2. Log in to your Client Area.

STEP 3. Click Services > All Services and select the service which you want to cancel and and get a refund.

STEP 4. Submit immediate service cancellation request by following instructions in the article here.

STEP 5. Open a new ticket in Billing Department, informing us how do you wish to receive the refund: the original payment method (if possible) or as Credits in your Host1Plus account.
