How to request for a refund?

Take the following steps in order to request for a refund:|
- Find out if you are eligible for the refund in our article - "Can I request for a refund?"
- Log into your Host1Plus account and navigate to the service, for which you wish to receive the refund.
- Locate and click the "Request Cancellation" button in the "Billing" tab.
- Choose the "Immediate" cancellation option and submit the cancellation request.
- Then, open a new ticket in our Billing Department, informing us how do you wish to receive the refund: the original payment method (if possible) or as Credits in your Host1Plus account.
