Information regarding downtime in Frankfurt DC 29/08/2016

This is a notification covering recent downtime with Host1Plus services.

From: 2016-08-29 05:00 UTC

To: 2016-08-29 08:00 UTC

We have mainly experienced networking issues in Germany DC resulting in our website, Client Area, checkout and support downtime.

All services were up and running, but due to the networking issues, some services have been unreachable for the time being.

 

We’ve also experienced small issues with slowdown in storage subsystems, as a result several servers had to be force rebooted.

As of 2016-08-29 08:00 issues have been solved and all services resumed.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.

We are working on avoiding this in the future. Thank you for your patience!

Node issues in Chicago

This is a notification that currently we are experiencing issues with us-il-ovz-19 and us-il-ovz-20 nodes located in Chicago, USA.

At the moment, data center technicians are doing everything to resolve the problems and restore the nodes.

We will provide more updates once there is any progress on this issue.

Update: 2016-08-21 05:52 UTC issues have been solved and services resumed.

DDoS attack on shared hosting server Saturn in Germany DC

We are currently experiencing a huge DDoS attack on Saturn shared hosting server due to which some service interruption may occur for some clients hosted on this server. Our technicians are doing everything to minimize the service interruptions.

VPS Prices Cut by 30%

Diamond: -19%
