United States (Lion) Server is Down

The cause is unknown. The data center has been notified and we are awaiting their action.

[UPDATE] We are currently scanning the server's memory for errors. The server should be up in a few hours.

Singapore server (tiger) unreachable

Currently the server is suffering from a 99% packet loss. Situation is not clear. We're in contact with the data center.

update: It seems the server is being attacked. We're working on a solution.

update2: By the decision of our data center, our server's main IP is now null routed. We don't have any ETA on when it will be fixed, but we believe the server will be down for another 1-2 hours.

Clients with dedicated IPs shouldn't be affected much. Other services (not http) might be reachable through other IPs on the server like 114.129.45.6, 114.129.45.7, 114.129.45.8.

update3: Server is now reachable again. If the attacks repeat, the server IP will be blocked again for some period of time.

Live Chat Availability During Easter Time

Network issues with Singapore (tiger) server

[UPDATE] Server is running normally after fixing the DC network issues.

It came to our attention that there is temporary issue with network that causes problems to reach our server in Singapore. Currently the problem is being investigated and we will update with news when it will be fixed.

Wolf (Germany) server updated to php 5.3

This is just a notice that the upgrade to php 5.3 on Wolf (Germany) server has been completed. The full php version on the server is now 5.3.10.

All of the shared hosting servers will now use CloudLinux as the Operating System.

CloudLinux is a modified version of CentOS/RHEL which allows for more control of the server's resources per account.

This will allow us to divide the resources amongst our clients more equally and there won't be such situations where one client is affecting many others.

There will be some limits set per account, but you shouldn't notice the difference.

The limits will be announced later in this post.

Also the servers will be listed one by one when they are converted.

We are currently working on Wolf server ( Germany ).

Unexpected maintenance on USA server

The VPS cloud management servers are down at the moment. The controls for VPS located in the client area are not functional.

The VPS servers themselves shouldn't be affected.

We are trying to solve this asap.
