Update: the main reason we have experienced cloud system downtime - due ddoes'ed internet exchange (DE-CIX.NET) service we lost the major connection as many other data centers lost.

Dear Cloud clients,

Engineers from data center reported about connection problem from network provider to data center. Due to this issue, most of virtual machines has been temporary unreachable. Network has been recovered and mostly all virtual machines are working again. Please stand by for updates.
