[UPDATE #3] All the cloud servers got back to normal and if you are still experiencing any problems with your cloud server, please let us know.

[UPDATE #2] The recovery of the cloud took much longer as it was expected. After the disks checks for each of the virtual machine we were not able to connect Hypervisors together with SANs. After some tests and diagnostics performed we were able to find the core problem. Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience cause by this power outage. However, we are still investigating why the power switch gear did not switched to the battery backup system, this will be investigated separately with the power switch gear vendors.

[UPDATE #1] Some of the cloud machines are online; some of them are still performing disk checks. After the disks checks will be completed your cloud vps will be up and running.

We have been reported that in Frankfurt data center we have had a power failure where we had a huge impact on the entire infrastructure. This problem has been reported as the global city power failure. We are working on recovering all of the hypervisors to get virtual machines online. We are sorry for any inconvenience cause and we will update you as soon we will receive more updates on this issue.

[Update] Today the United States servers (lion.host1plus.com) and (jackal.host1plus.com) will be updated with PHP 5.3 version which will be set as default.

[Update] PHP 5.3 has been set as default PHP version in the Netherlands (ox.host1plus.com) server. If there would be any problems with your websites, please contact our support in order to clear any errors.

[Update] Today the Netherlands (ox.host1plus.com) server will be used as default PHP 5.3 version. All websites that are with PHP 5.2 handler will be replaced with 5.3 handler.

We would like to announce that we are setting up PHP 5.3 as default version for all of the shared hosting accounts. If your website is not compatible with PHP 5.3 we will fix the issues, so that it could run on it. All other websites that are compatible with the PHP 5.3 will work as previously.

[UPDATE] Server is now working as usual.

We noticed that many websites are getting 500 errors. As of yet, the reason of this is unknown, but we are working hard to find the cause for this.

We still are working on other optimization things, which will make much faster network for hypervisors and storage units. The improvement should be done to I/O read and write operations which means that virtual machines will have much faster performance. [UPDATE 05/09/2011] After long optimization we have done huge changes to our cloud management panel, which gives ability to access server much faster. The management of virtual machines shows correct status (is it ON or OFF). Also we have take down a huge load on the management network which caused, by some statistic scripts.

[UPDATE 01/09/2011, 13:16] The console is currently down for maintenance and will be up within 1 hour time.

[UPDATE] We are still working on the optimization for the management console. We hope to finish the tasks till the end of this week, to make console work faster.

Due the high performance optimization the management for all of virtual machines can be unstable today. The updates will be done to avoid the wrong ON/OFF status updates and to make the operations and statistics work much faster. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

[UPDATE] The reboot was performed and everything was back to normal.

Today (19/04/2011) on 19.00 (GMT +2) we will reboot main cloud firewall to apply new rules and better protection against DDoS and anti-spam. The reboot will take about 2-3 minutes. You do not need to save any data or shutdown your virtual machines, because the reboot will applies to network interface only.
