Here is what you should do:

Log into your billing panel and try to navigate to DirectAdmin from there using "Control Panel" link.

If it works, then you must be using incorrect login details, you can find your DirectAdmin login details at your billing panel, click "Hosting" on the left side menu then the green arrow icon next to your hosting package, on the next page you'll find your product details, including DirectAdmin login details.
